Please complete a separate registration form for each participant. Registration forms and payment are due no later than 48 hours prior to the training. Space is limited so register early. Late registrations may be accepted if space is available.

Cancellation Policy (effective January 1, 2006) :
  • Registration must be made 48 hours prior to the workshop/meeting/training.
  • Cancellation must be made a full 24 hours prior to the start time of the workshop/meeting/training. If it is made less than 24 hours before the event, you will be charged in full for the event.
  • If an outstanding invoice remains for you or your agency, you will not be able to attend Coalition trainings or events until you have resolved the issue with the Coalition's Business Department.
  • If you do not register for the workshop/meeting/training 48 hours prior to the start time, you may not receive a lunch. We order meals based on the number of registrations.
  • If you come to a workshop/meeting/training without registering, you will be able to attend only if there is available room. You will be required to pay for the meeting at that time.
  • Payment is required prior to or day of training, and can be made by credit card, check, or cash.
